My name is Jason Shaw and currently the pastry chef at Festningen Oslo, Norway. I have been a chef for over ten years and had dreams of working in the best places in the world (like all of us) but as i create Chefs_eye on Instagram i realized that there is thousands of chefs just as good if not better than the elite out there. So i decide to make a site to celebrate the most exciting up and coming chefs in the world, one by one.
Being a chef means more than cooking to most of us, it means creativity, finesse, beauty, flavor, unique and dedication, Chefs are more than just cooks we are Modern day art on a plate.
